Each store location needs its own application. Use the email you will sign in with for that location — one email per store.
By submitting, you agree to partner with Sudz-Ez as a marketplace service provider, provide accurate business information, maintain required licenses and insurance, and follow the Sudz-Ez Partner Operating Standards (supplies, bag handling, order fulfillment, and customer escalations). Final partnership terms and the full operating SOP are confirmed during onboarding.
- Sudz-Ez ships an Android tablet with the Provider portal pre-installed. Sign in and finish setup: store profile, services and pricing, Stripe Connect for payouts, and verification documents (business license and certificate of insurance).
- Sudz-Ez provides starter branded laundry bags and in-store marketing materials. Store supplies in a clean, secure, customer-visible area.
- Keep Sudz-Ez branded bags clean and stored safely on-site. Partners replace bags that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
- The first store tablet is included at no charge. Replacement tablets cost $100, deducted from your next payout.
- New orders appear in the Provider portal. Accept or decline each order and confirm turnaround time when prompted.
- After acceptance, a Sudz-Ez courier picks up the customer’s laundry and delivers it to your store.
- App, payment, or delivery tracking issues: direct the customer to in-app Customer Support.
- On-site quality or service issues you can resolve immediately (for example, re-wash or stain review): handle at your discretion and note the order when applicable.
